5 (about 1Kg) chicken legs
2T.S soy sauce
1t.s salt
2t.s ground green onion
2t.s ground garlic
2t.s sugar
1t.s black pepper
2t.s sesame oil
2t.s sesame salt
2t.s ginger juice
1T.S ground pine nut
2 radish
2 leaves of lettuce
1 pack kaiware
Spread the meat of the chicken leg having the bone and finely score the meat.
After making the spice and dressing the spice with the chicken leg of #1, roll up the meat to the bone and set aside about 30 minutes.
Cut the radish into thin strips, soak and pick up cold water, and mix together the kaiware.
Roast the spiced meat of #2 to a grill.
